• Basic account information provided during registration (name, email address)
• Etsy shop data that you authorize us to access via the official Etsy API (product details, orders, shipment information)
• Technical information required for application functionality (API tokens, session data, log files)

How We Use Your Information

• To enable product uploads to your Etsy shop
• To allow you to view and manage your Etsy orders
• To add and update shipment tracking numbers in your Etsy shop
• To provide customer support and improve our services

Data Storage and Retention

• All Etsy shop data is stored securely on our servers only for as long as necessary to provide the service.
• Product and order data retrieved from Etsy will be refreshed regularly and will not be stored for more than 6 hours unless actively being processed.
• When you disconnect your Etsy account or close your HandMadeManager account, all related data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Data Security

• We store API credentials securely on our servers and never expose them to unauthorized parties.
• We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Data Sharing

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your data is only transmitted directly between HandMadeManager and Etsy via the official Etsy API.
• We do not use your data for AI training, scraping, analytics resale, or third-party advertising.
