Purpose of the Application

HandMadeManager is designed to support handmade product sellers in Turkey who operate on Etsy.

The application provides tools to:

  • Upload products to their Etsy shop
  • View and manage Etsy orders
  • Add and update shipment tracking numbers

This platform is intended solely for use by Etsy sellers and operates in compliance with Etsy's API Terms of Use.

User Responsibilities

  • Users must have a valid Etsy seller account and connect it through Etsy's official API authorization process.
  • Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the information they upload to their Etsy shop through the application.
  • Users agree not to use this application for any activity that violates Etsy's Terms of Use, including but not limited to selling prohibited items, infringing intellectual property rights, or manipulating engagement metrics.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

Warranty Disclaimer

DISCLAIMER: THIS APPLICATION IS PROVIDED BY HANDMADEMANAGER "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ETSY, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE DEVELOPER OF THIS APPLICATION, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HandMadeManager disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HandMadeManager be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that HandMadeManager shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
